Xyz nozzle heat code 114

Hello I just got my printer yesterday and this morning I got a error code 114. Temp is not reaching the max I guess because Extruder was cold but heat bed is good. I check the connections and all fine. No problem with connections bec I check the them with volt meter.
Any suggestions would be great.
