Topic: Getting Raft off
what is the secret to getting the raft off? I was under the impression that the part should practically peel off the raft.
I am using XYZ printing black ABS filament.

Xyzwares raft is very annoying. It uses a linear pattern that tends to stick more to the print than the bed. It's best to avoid using the raft when possible unless you are printing something with very little touching the bed. To get it off I suggest sanding down the bottom of the print, otherwise you can be there for hours picking them off with your fingers. If you make the switch to repetier, you can use a rectilinear pattern and make the raft as thick as you want, which would make it easier to peel off

annoying to say the least. Sanding is my best option since the bottom is flat. Won't use that again.
