You want fast customer service? How's this,I emailed Tim  from Filastruder and in the blink of an eye I got a response not once but twice. I had a problem and he resolved it quickly. Thanks again Tim.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

Yeah.. based on what I've seen he's about as good as it gets service wise.   If only the other companies I have to deal with were like him..
