Topic: Some of what i've done so far.

I'm still waiting on a new chip, but, thanks to Ian's help, I have been printing! Matter of fact, I've printed at least one thing a day since last Monday. I have some issues though that I'm trying to figure out through settings changes for every print that I do.
In photo 5, I don't know what went wrong with the outer layer! That was the second print of that whistle, which both work very nicely!

On these, there is an issue where the front of the print is shifted or something, but the rear is even. See the lid, the right side is the rear, the left side is the front.

I had some layer shifting last week with my printer. It was fine until then. I went through a full calibration following Ian's instructions and made sure the bed was level then the problem went away. I find that after lifting some prints off the bed that stick hard, my bed needs releveled. I beleive that is what caused my layers to shift. The hot end was dragging on some of the edges causing it to shift.

Yes, I have experienced the same issues. When removing parts that stick too well I can shift the bed height and levelness. And then have to re-level the bed and reset the Z height.

That's why glass beds are great!
