Temps range from 200-290C for melting. particle size would be nano scale. Some of the materials use fiber but I do not know exactly in what manner or size. All are intended for injection molding and specs associated are based on injection pressures, heat and time. Basically, a mixture of inert conductive dopants with either PBT Thermoplastic resin, Nylon 6/6, PC/ABS, or Polypropylene resin.
The metals are either Nickel, Stainless steel with carbon fiber or Steel Fiber with either PC, ABS, PP, PBT materials and resins.
I do not know about injection moulded pellets having a different viscosity. Other pellets I've seen appear to be used for both. This pellet manufacturer does state both injection and extrusion use but only provides specs on injection.
I would be more worried about the steel fibers wearing out extruder nozzle. But like I posted, this would be an experiment. If I had an extruder, I would run some tests.
