What's the infill extrusion width set at?
printing at .1mm or .3mm? I had the same issue , it was driving me crazy. If at .3mm on the infill every nth layer it cant be more than one. example infill every 2 layers is .6mm which does exceed the nozzle diameter. You can use infill every3 layers if you use .1mm.
Check the settings in slic3r. Either open slic3r direct or go to RH ==> Slicer Tab ==> Slic3r section ; Configure.
The check print settings ==> Advanced ; extrusion width
I just changed everything to an extrusion width of .42 and I changed it to infill every 1 layer. Now it works. yay, thanks guys. Man, I am getting this printer figured out one problem at a time. I think my only problem now is a little sticking problem. 99% of the part stays stuck but sometimes it doesn't. I think I might try glue next. Is there a way to slow the printing on just the first layer? Maybe that will help a little.
You will frequently find when switching "infill every X layers" that teh settings will not properly change. To solve this, set it to infill every "XXXX" (big number) layers, then resave as the amount you actually want. After flushing it with the big number, it seems to work. It's a problem with Slic3r
