Topic: Slicing problem, what wrong with my model?

Many of my models get sliced wrong. Way wrong! I don't understand what's wrong with my model. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong, or should I just be using a different slicer. I have been using Slic3r. I have been designing with turbocad 18 pro. ACIS solid.

Here is the model in question for now.

Thanks, I will give it a try.

I tried to slice the model and I am getting this error and I don't know what setting to change to fix it. What setting did I change to mess things up.

"Maximum infill thickness can't exceed nozzle diameter"

That program won't open the STL file. How did you get it to work?

You need to go to Part -> Import rather than File -> Open.
