Topic: Just ordered a Solidoodle 3, Baltimore, Maryland area.

After months of reading blogs, forums, and reviews online.  I ordered My Solidoodle 3.
I am a 3d modeler, animator and sculptor. I have so many things I want to do with this machine. Muahahahaha.

Now the hard part.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

I am waiting too, I saw one shipped from an order on 1/27 and my order was 2/4... getting excited!

I live in Harford County as well. it is just that most people know Baltimore.

I'm scared, just kidding. I'm pretty sure we are the only two people in Jville with 3d printers.( well when mine gets here). If you ever need any parts printed for your printer or something? Hit me up.

Hi guys, I actually live closer to Westminster, Maryland. Good to know there are some fellow doodlers in the area.

SD3 w/ mods:
Glass bed with QU-BD heat pad upgrade, threadless ballscrew w/ 8mm smooth rod, spectra line belt replacement, lawsy MK5 extruder, Lawsy replacement carriage, E3D hotend, Ramps 1.4 w/ reprap discount controller, DRV8825 drivers, 12v 30A PS, Acrylic case, Overkill Y-idlers, Filament alarm, Extruder fan + more.
