Manual Control tab, in the box labeled G-Code
ok thanks
SD troubling shootings say:
The Heat is unstable – it varies a great deal instead of resting on one temperature.
There is an easy fix for this. Do the PID auto tune operation by entering M303 190. This only works for the Nozzle heater, and not the bed. Once you have entered the command a readout similar to the following shall read out:
bias: 103 d: 103 min: 147.98 max: 152.02
Ku: 65.06 Tu: 30.67
Clasic PID
Kp: 39.04
Ki: 2.55
Kd: 149.66
Once you have these values, you may adjust the PID settings by entering the following (with your particular values.)
Which is correct M303 190 or M303 S200 C5?
The C5 tells it to go through 5 cycles of testing to come up with the average number at the end that you will use. the 190 is for if you are going to use 190 as your temp... likewise for the 200 if you are going to use 200 then go with that.
Here is what I get when I do PID AUTOTUNE, as you see there are 4 bias lines and 3 classic pid lines Question is , which of the Kp ki kd values do I use? Average them maybe?
Edited: didn't know what I was talking about - listen to elmoret. :-)
