Topic: oh noes ! my extruder is having trouble moving

last night i was adding filament when the motor seemed to slow down and nearly stopped. i backed it out slowly and with no filament in the machine did an extrude then reverse and its just barely moving. i unplugged everything and will take a look tonight when i get home. I will try to get a video of it.
i backed off the tension-er and check, it looks clean.

my little robot buddy is down...... argh !

if anyone has run into this, please let me know whats going on.

here is a video of it. sorry its jump when i hit reverse or extrude. i stabilize on the roller. you can hear it running, its just barely moving when it does.

cant post a link...... argh !

Re: oh noes ! my extruder is having trouble moving

never mind. I got it fixed. turns out i set the extruder speed to 5mm per minute.  I changed it back to 300mm/minute and all is right with the world again.... i feel stupid, but hopefully someone else new the process will benefit from my mistake.
