Topic: Set Motor mode didnt get ack for message

Our 3d  printer stopped midway through a print giving the error message "set motor mode didn't get ack for message" as well as "preprint error: GetLastError command didn't get ack for message. Does anyone know a fix for this problem or what it means? the printer is an Objet30 3D printer.

I'm experiencing this same issue now.  I've been told it could be due to a dirty or bad sensor.  I'll post an update after the repair man comes to fix it.
