Topic: Davinci 1.0 pro

Hi guys

My teacher got a Davinci 1.0 pro for cheap, and now I'm trying to get it to scan. When I try to connect with the XYZSCAN app, it connects for a second, but than it says there's nothing connected. When we try his computer, it works fine.

Any ideas what this can be?
