SoliForum - 3D Printing Community → XYZ Printing DaVinci → Xyz super error 0052
Hi all, anyone know how I can hard reset, I tried changing nozzles and now my machine is frozen. The LCD screen does nothing just frozen and it's even still shows a full Wi-Fi signal with the USB Wi-Fi removed so I know it's just needs a reset.
But how on this machine?

Contacted them, they said the nozzle needs replacing luckly I had a brand new one and that still dosnt work, I used Minimover command line I can clean the nozzle heats up etc.. the serial reads as 00000000 and if I put a XYZ spool on it that also will not read its if the EEPROM is stuck and needs clearing

Hello, I have the same problem, and I'm thinking of buying the complete module of the nozzle, when you guys made this change, the LCD screen returned to work normally? Are the prints back to normal?
No mate, still have not found a solution.
Good day guys. Any update on this issue Error 0052). I also have Da vinci super. I have just replace the whole extruder assembly. After printing a 3d benchy, the error came back.
Sounds to me like a connector issue check them thoroughly.
