Topic: new external feeder running backwards

So i purchased a mk8 bowden extruder kit for the original xyz motor, funny thing is, the motor pushes filiment out the wrong direction. Its the original motor and wiring so txyz must have made a backwards system. The filiment goes OUT the deed hole rather than in.

How did others get it to work?

Just swap the two middle wires on the harness and it should reverse. You could also flip the extruder so the exit becomes feed and feed becomes exit.

I thought of flipping the extruder, i just need longer screws which i did not have at the time. But i have wire jumpers so i can reverse the motor now. thanks for that tip. Now i dont have to buy a left hand extruder haha
