Motor Problem

Hello!

I recently bought the filastruder Kit for PLA Extrusion. First I was was confronted with some problems regarding the thickness of the filament, which would always circle around 1,6 mm which unfortunately was too small to print it with my Raise E2 Printer.

I tried to lower the temperature to 140 ° C and extrusion speed which would eventually lead to a slightly thicker filament.

Unfortunately, when I wanted to extrude filament again, the motor did not start.

I already tried to reset the right potentiometer according to an explanation I found on youtube. I also heard a click noise which indicates a reset.

When I tried to reset the left potentiometer the same way I never heard the click noise which indicates the reset.

Now I am stuck with the filastruder which does not work.

Does anyone have an idea what I can try to make the extrusion motor work again.
