Topic: Filastruder Temperature reading is incorrect

I just calibrated my PID controller, and everything looked good, but when I compared temps with a 2nd temperature sensor, the filastruder temp was reading 40deg higher than the temp reading from my multi-meter.  is there any way to calibrate the temp reading on the filastruder PID?

after running it a few times, total run time of a few hours, the temperature now reads only about 10 deg C higher than the actual temperature.   Is that normal?

How are you measuring the temperature with your multimeter? A photo might help.
