Topic: 1.0a Simplify3d .fff profiles

I have a Da Vinci 1.0A on stock firmware and I got Simplify3d awhile ago but have mostly avoided using it as I've had a ton of trouble getting good settings or finding really any info on recommended settings for it. The default profile that Simplify gives you for it works alright but honestly not much better than XYZWare, Atleast it is less consistent which is why I have avoided using it to much.

I have gotten a few decent prints with it but I've also had far more horrible messed up prints.

I was hoping someone could upload there .fff profile or a few that they use and link some models that they've printed with those profiles so I can look through them and test them out to get a better understanding of what settings need to be changed to work for what prints.

Do you use the OEM filaments or another brand?

If using the OEM filament consider using a different brand with the hacked chip in the cassette in place of the OEM.

Then try to tweak your print settings and/or hardware fine-tuning with good quality filaments.

I have an eeprom editor I made and use mostly 3rd party filaments. I haven't honestly found much difference in print quality changing the chip settings and you can't change things like speed or anything, only bed and nozzle temp.
