Topic: Newbie, having printing issues

I have a da vinci mini printer, i printed 1 item just to see it work. Since then everything i try to print, the filament comes out of the extruder tip, but for some reason it isn't sticking to the print bed. I've cleaned the head, but it doesn't seem to work. Any helpful hints to help me with this problem?

Clean the bed and make sure it is level.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

you may need a bit of persistence
