Topic: Da Vinci Minimaker - NFC Hack?

Hi, I’m trying to get the XYZ minimaker nfc hack for non-xyz filament to work but it’s just not happening.

We bought the minimaker from someone on Facebook that had some genuine filament left. When we picked it up, the seller mentioned the hack and gave us some apparently loaded nfc stickers and some blank ones. It’s reading there’s filament in the print section but it’s coming up with 'cartridge not recognised. Please replace a genuine XYZprinting cartridge and try again.'

We are very inexperienced so we need a 'how to load stickers for dummies' rundown. I've read the opensource thread which leads to the calculator, but not sure where to find the info to enter as the recommended apps don't scan the empty xyz chip to find the UID?

Using latest Firmware and using ReelTool to generate new tags from empty Ntag 213
