Topic: E3d v6 hotend question about thermocouple

Hello,

I am upgrading my ender 3 to be able to print polycarbonate. I am trying to figure out which thermocouple to use. The notes on the filastruder site say it needs a copper block as well. I have upgraded the board to a duet 2 wifi so i know it needs the daughter board to use a thermocouple or pt100. I was hoping someone on here couple point me to what exactly i am needing thermocouple and block wise for the e3d? Thanks for any help.

They make high temp thermistors that can go as high as 350. So you might want to check into one of those. Then you don't need the daughter board.
