Topic: XYZprint 2.0.2A no support material

Hi, I use the XYZprint 2.0.2 software.  When I activate the support material and then the slice object, the support setting is not applied. I have already installed the program. Do others with the same software have the same problem? Is there a solution?

i had the issue the opposite way, it was adding supports when i had them turned off.
the way i sorted it was to uninstall all xyz software.
install the makersuite
install xyzprint - dont update it..
open xyzprint and mess about with a print, add your custom settings etc and save them,  close xyzprint and then update it to recent.
open xyzprint and it should be sorted

Now I am back on Version 2.0.1 but the problem is still existing

I have the same exact issue. No matter what setting i use, it won't generate a support, raft , or brim. I make sure I click them and I get nothing. Then when I click information on the generated g-code it says that all supports and stuff was turned off even though I knew I had it checked

XYZprint 2.? has problems with remembering and applying settings from prior slicing to the current slice process.  The "only" "solution" is to uninstall XYZprint, and re-install.  XYZ is aware of the problem and is "working" on a solution.
