bad connection

Good morning to you all,

I have a problem with my wireworker. I made the connections several times and a friend checked it out and there are still the same problems. We have to fuck up on something but we don’t know what

For there to be power, the motor button and the power button must be on. If I put the engine button on Off everything turns off. When the engine button is on, the engine does not turn.
Fans do not turn like the PID.

Not against the probe of the heater and the heater works.

Could someone please tell me what I did wrong in connection?
