Topic: Da Vinci Mini filament issue

Ok my mini is showing 0% filament, but I still have at least 1/4 left.  Anyone know what the deal is? Thanks.

The remaining length might be some extra buffer filament, but 1/4 sounds too much. Definitely contact their support through the XYZ website, they may send you a new chip.
