Topic: Burning of my nylon project on Markforged II

When I print my model face down, it works well; but removing the supports is really difficult and time-consuming.  When I print the model on its side, it is faster BUT there is an area of burning when the support meets the surface ruining the whole print.  The print becomes ruined as the nylon appears to have slightly melted distorting the  smoothness of the project.  I have leveled the bed and recalibrated the best that I could, but no matter whether I print the model in its full size or smaller, it makes no difference, the burning occurs in the same place.  I have run out of ideas as to cause and have only the above remedy causing me more work.  Any help or ideas are really (really!!!) appreciated.
