Topic: da vinci nano error 020A

I got this error randomly when I was printing something out. I always had the same filament that came with the da vinci nano. I have already took the chip out and back again. help.http://soliforum.com/i/?S5l0Vz6.png

I'm having the same issue and their tech support is not returning my calls.

Hello, I've updated firmware several days ago, and I also have this problem. Printer read information from NFC chip. It shows me material, id and how much filoment left, but when I begin print, it show me problem that it is not XYZ's chip. Can I dawndate firmware or fix this problem?
