You are own your own. Just trace the wires and match to function. You will also have to replace all the endstops as the stock ones are not compatible.
I've been looking into this "going RAMPS" but it looks like the end stops are optical and they don't work with the ramps controllers so youll want to keep that in mind. i know there is a guy out there who has a site that he details the conversion i cant find the link off the top of my head though.

The stock endstops won't work with any after market controller. Unlike after market endstops that have the pullup resistors installed on them, the stock endstops have no such pullup and pulldown resistors. They are actually on the mainboard at each endstop port. After market boards do not have pullups and pulldowns on them so if you connect the stock endstops to any after market board it will burn them out.
I have not actually worked with the sks 1.3 . I have looked at it quite a bit an am pondering one for my FT5 as an upgrade.
They seem to be nice boards with lots of options for drivers and you can add a bl touch and other options . the main advantage to a ramps is that it is a 32 bit board you will have to use marlin 2.0 and load it with iirc platform IO and ms virtual studio or atom
Here are couple of video's that should hep and this guy has several more. presumably you will want some sort of touch screen and a chip reader
Hi,
I'm just researching converting my Davinci 1.0 Pro to a third party controller and many people say you can't use the optical endstops from the Davinci but I'm pretty sure you can, you just need to limit the current to the LED emitter with a series resistor and then the output should be switched to ground when the slot is open and high resistance when blocked. The endstop input should have a pull up resistor.
Here's a circuit, not exactly the same but it gives the idea, on the switch the K and E points are tied together to the G pin on the connector.
I just got mine up and running with the skr mini e3 1.2 let me know if I can help.

Will do, thanks for the offer, I have to make room in my workshop before I can start the conversion though so it may be a few weeks :-)

Happy to see that someone has already done this! I just got a 1.0 for a steal, and I have an SKR Mini e3 v1.2 sitting around. I'd love to put it into the da Vinci. Any chance you could do a quick writeup or maybe touch on any difficulties you had? My primary concern is the LCD and nav buttons, I'm not sure if they'll interface with the SKR correctly.
Thanks in advance for any help you may have to offer!

I've got one of those printers too, and happen to have an SKR-Mini E3 sitting around. It sounds like a fun project.

I found this forum while searching for information on doing just this same thing, I'd love any help you can offer, I have a Mini E3 v1.2 also
