I have been encountering a lot of issues with my PTFE tube popping out of my extruder module. I have already tried taping it down but with no luck it just pops right back up eventually. Does anyone know how this might be fixed because at the moment it is wasting a lot of filament through failed prints. Any help is appreciated:)
replace the tube fittings with better ones. this is a common problem with xyz
Where can I find these better fittings. Also how can I gain access to the one inside the extruder module
IMHO check your friendly local or on line real 3d printing store. Microcenter may carry them .And then there is amazon and ali express, e bay etc.

also quality tubing can help as they are made to tighter tolerances. Capricorn is the quality go to brand

You may need to shop around a bit as there are many options out there.
As far as access to inside your extruder module do not know you may need to take things apart and may break something in the progress . use caution think things through and weigh the risks. Sometimes to know how a thing is assembled you need to take it apart. That is unless your are lucky enough to have access to an illustrated pars breakdown /exploded view.

Well I managed to print all but one Christmas present without replacing I the parts suggested have been ordered and delivered, but the screw part on the adapter is bigger than the hole in which it is to fit at this point I am honestly considering buying an ender 3 because it is a better value than buying the whole extruder module from XYZ.

sounds like you purchased the wrong adaptor they are available in various sizes and variations.
as far as a new printer your choice.
The advantage of that is you have a printer to use and tear the other one apart to fix it.
