dont know what you are seeing, but when I go there, this is what I see right at the top of the page...
other than being a bit slow, it seems to be working fine for me.
SD4 #1 & #2 - Lawsy carriages, E3D v6, Rumba controller board, mirror bed plate, X motor fan, upgraded PSU & Mica bed heater

Slow but works for me as well.

I tried several to use the customizer on line and it timed out.

I'm pretty sure it only works on files setup for it. Is the one you are trying to work with made for it?

It's been dead for me around 2-3 weeks. Finally came back the other day.
