Topic: Filament wont heat up on Davinci Dou

stays constant at constant 20 C, occasionally dipping below hat. any help would be appreciated!

based on the fact the machine is Showing 20 dec c sound like thermistor is working. have you checked the heater connection. do you have 12 volts at the heater connection  on the board have you checked heater continuity.

Did you try cleaning the nozzle with a brass brush with the heater turned on? A no no do not attempt this it will short the heater and cause the issue you are having !!!
