Topic: Da Vinci 2.0 Duo

Had this printer for about a year and have had heating issues for months. I have replaced the extruder module as well as the complete wiring harness. XYZ and their terrible customer service say my motherboard must be fried. Only he 1st extruder doesn't reach temperature. Im looking for a parts machines or a detailed how to on the RAMPS board conversion.

Have you tried bypassing the horrible connector they provided?
Hardwire it or order new connectors. Like banana connectors.
