Topic: xyz da vinci jr 1.0 fillament feed clog in feed tube

Hello, I own a da vinci jr 1.0 and need help. for some reason, fillament is stuck in the guide tube/extruder and jams when I load it. the guide tube comes off the motor assembly and then the fillament just tangles up in there. please help me,  I have done everything I can think of and it is still having this problem.

Can you post a picture so we can properly understand the problem?

I cant... dont have a working camera but I can attempt to tell you where it is:
directly above the motor assembly the filament pushes up the feed tube and pops off the lock. then it rises off and the fillament does not go to the extruder: this guy has the same problem: http://www.soliforum.com/post/151741/
