Topic: sparkmaker is producing a thin film on the build plate

so I have printed dozens of parts on my sparkmaker with no problem but now all of a sudden I am getting a thin film across the whole build plate, like one print was fine with no film the next print build plate completely covered. This makes removing parts extremely difficult. This is my first SLA printer so it might be something basic but I haven't found this problem posted anywhere. If anyone here has any Ideas about what is going on I could really use the help.

PS. I am sure it is not the file because it was printed before with no problem at a slightly smaller size. The sudden onset makes me doubt the FEP film is the problem (Though I have some spares on the way just in case).

I did not see if you said it was just this file or all files? If it is all files I would suspect the FEP film has become foggy. But if it is only this model then that leaves only the model. Maybe it has become corrupt. Especially if it is on a card and being sent over USB.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

it is all files. I talked myself out of the FEP film because the problem came on like a switch, but it does make sense guess I have to wait for the replacements. thanks for the reply.
