Topic: Minimaker power adapter

Can anyone please post a lable picture of the power box that plugs into the wall and then into the minimaker?? I picked one up used without the power adapter and i can't find a picture online with the original specs(output volts,amps,and plug Polarity)

looks to be 24 volts center positive

Yeah i figured it out a couple of days ago. Most of the power supplys i found online have the dang stats blurred out.

Its 24v 2.5amps and center positive if anyone needs the info in the future..

Just an FYI. If you have a hard time finding one that does 2.5 amps you can go higher and in fact should. 2.5 is most likely the minimum the machine will work with. Personally I go 5 amps minimum just for some overhead.

You may want to go with something like this

You will need to wire it up with a   input and outut power cord.

I went with a  Magnavox tv adapter..its 6 amp so has plenty of current.this thing screams now as i was using a 19v 3amp laptop adapter temporarily.

$15 shipped out the door.

looks like you are going o have to rewire the output cable
