Topic: DaVinci Mini W+ Feed Tube issue

I just got this printer from a friend of mine and I am not sure how it was supposed to look originally but now the feed tube looks like the attached image on the spool side. How does one fix this?


EDIT: I am new to DaVinci products, my main printer is a Makerbot
