Topic: fan on stepper motor speeds up and slows down

I am running semplify 3d.
the fan on the stepper motor speeds up than almost stops.

I was printing with the right extruder the other day and It started doing it so I changed out the fan.
Today I tried to print with the left extruder and it is doing the same thing.could the other fan be going out also or
do I have a board problem.

Without replacing the fans with a known good 24 volt fan you have no way of knowing if the issue is the fans or the driver for them.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

I swapped back over to the right extruder and it is printing good so I guess both fans went at the same time.
will install new fan on left extruder.
