SoliForum - 3D Printing Community → ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS → FREELSS 1.27 commercial (licensed) Cannot save 8mp camera
Every time I try to save a configuration and save the 8mp camera as the default, when I click save the resolution sets back to 1.2mp. I wish I knew if it was taking the settings but I am betting it is not (because that is my luck). Maybe I did not load the image correctly, I don't know but I did a search for 8mp and 8 mega and nothing came back so I thought I would ask this as a new topic.

Have you confirmed all the settings in your version are the same as here?

Thanks for the reply. I made an assumption that the version I received from Uriah had the parts built in.
I find I have none of the settings listed in that code.
Do I have to recompile it?
Not sure I can do that because I am a winders guy and really new to pi

Since hairu gave me the software or at least the link to it and I entered my license I cannot update

I also do not believe the source code to be on the distribution that was prebuilt that he gave me.
I am lost completely I can send a few bucks via paypal for someone to get me going. Nothing is free and any help would be appreciated.
Got my own thread going here. It is kinda lonely tho. I wish someone would help. I have really tried everything short of just trashing what I paid for and use the old code on Github.
That doesn't really seem fair that someone claims your money, says your entitled to support, but never gives any.
I guess it is just hard for me to understand. If any of you smart people would lend me a hand that would be great.

Please ensure that you are not trying to save to the Calibration preset since it will always default to the 1.2 MP camera. Also, the resolutions and modes available for the 5 MP camera are different than the 8 MP camera.

have simular problem 1.22 "0 Error " as have paid for licence and have to code which is saved in 1.22 and want to update to 1.27.
other issue is that i cannot save the 5mp camara as my default its defaults to mock camera. i have to reboot and the i have it at 1.2 and single lazer.
I am able to save all other changes,

Hi Howard,
Please send a message to http://store.murobo.com/contact-us/ and we will send you a link to download version 1.27 of the software. We have leveraged SD card downloads as opposed to the auto update system because there were too many different versions and updates of Raspbian to maintain auto-update support for them all in every software update. As far as the camera error, please check the SETUP page under SETTINGS and ensure that the GPU has 256 MB or more memory allocated to it. Also, double check your camera ribbon cables and "SUNNY" connector on the camera board. Lastly, did you remember to enable support for the camera with raspi-config? Do you get any errors if you run the command below from the command line?

Howard make sure you avoid the issue I had and save to a different configuration name other than calibration. Calibration only saves as 1.2MP
