Topic: Has anyone tried ULTEM?

Has anyone done UTLEM, or is it too crazy of a material to work with at our level?

Ulitmaker 2, a few repraps, Custom Big FFF 3D printer with heated chamber.

Yes, I've been working on this for the past two months or so. As it stands it looks like the filastruder doesn't have enough torque to produce high quality Ultem 1000 filament. I'm working on a set of modifications to address this and I'll post something if I'm successful.
