So i have a da vinci mini w, and i was looking online to flash the nfc chip reader for the overpriced filament they sell. being stupid, i found a forum and thought it was for my printer. i then put a wire connecting the pins TP163 and TP629, turning it on after. it now makes a buzzing sound with two orange LEDs on on the motherboard. Please help!!

The flashing is not done to your mainboard. It is done to NFC tags. As for your machine, unless you have a backup or can find firmware for your machine and reflash it your board is dead. Right now you have erased the current firmware and put it in bootloader mode where it is waiting for new firmware. Maybe an XYZ user has the file or can point you to where to get it. In bootloader mode it will not download from the net like it would for an upgrade.

I believe you are reading guides for Da Vinci 1.0, it is not for Da Vinci mini w.

You need to find post for the model you have. they are not all the same and not all have the same board. I don't believe there is a way to recover from what you have done to be honest.
Sounds like through lack of research and haste you have bricked your board and it is now just paperweight. Might consider saving for a new printer and this time maybe not a Da Vinci since you are now aware of the filament issue.
I don't know if it worth the effort to do RAMPS conversion on mini w. The build volume is small and it don't have full enclosure. I'm little concerned about your research skill based on what you have done so far, but if you are interested regardless and confident enough, here is the link. (There are multiple another post for Da Vinci Jr. RAMPS conversion that is not for mini w.)

Agreed I thought about sugesting a ramps conversion but for this printer HMM. not sure it is worth it.
Like Carl suggested you may be better off buying a better different printer. But do your home work this time.
Possibly put the old one on ebay for parts be honest about the board being bricked.
There is a lot of discussion on this board about the best printer to buy.
