most definitely.

If one does not know anything about the topic being discussed, they should not be spouting off about said topic.

asking questions about a topic is one thing, but trying to act like one knows everything about the topic when one does not is seriously irritating (and admitting one knows nothing about said topic, but spouting off anyway is even more irritating).

said "annoying MF'r" should try keeping his nose out of things he knows nothing about.

If he's so disruptive to the community, the mods can ban him.
