Topic: Which option

Today I tried printing but my bed isn't heating up, the bed is fine (connected to hot end power and heated up fine)
So do I try and get a new controller (the same as it currently has) or just drop a RAMPS board in its place.
Its a little over 1 year old
This is the model  (Amazon link)

Double check if your board are the same one.

People usually check the mosfet for the heated bed first for this kind of issue and it is usually cheaper to replace the mosfet than replace the whole board. But if price is not a concern and you want a better and fancy board, you don't have to stick with GT2560.

Click his link, it takes you to the Amazon UK page where his printer is sold at.

It's called a Win Tintin looks like one of the many generic Prusa clones.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Re: Which option

Thanks for the comments I have ordered a new ramps setup which I should get by the end of the week
Then I will look at reusing the current board in another project
