Topic: Issue with clear yellow XYZ filament on da Vinci Nano

I can print very well with the red XYZ filament that came with the printer. Then I bought a spool of XYZ Junior PLA in clear yellow and that filament is curling around the nozzle. And I have not one finished print yet.
I have been rewinding both spools, they do not jam anymore.
I think there are not many settings that I can adjust myself on this printer. It detects the filament itself.

Any ideas what I can do?

I include a photo.

Slice your object again and check "generate support" option and try the print again.

Also make sure you run the level calibration setting each time you change spools.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Thank you. I don't know yet how to re-slice. Probably outside XYZmaker? The use of support got even worse, it was a mess already within the first 5 layers.

I did do the callibration. And yes indeed it was necessary.
I had to adjust the printbed. But the result was just as bad.
Pity that I cannot post a photo in this forum.

I think with support, the mess you are talking about may refer to supporting material and should be removed after print is finished.
