I AM THE LAW ! - FINISHED

Recently I found a cool bust of Judge Dredd. The helmet and armor are from the latest Dredd movie starring Karl Urban, but it had an ugly generic head with a huge jaw.

I also happened to have a caricature model of Sly Stallone, so just like when you drop chocolate into your peanut butter, the 2 models were asking for a mashup.  But this made sense only if I could make the helmet removable so you could see the face, so after a little bit of work, I present Judge Dredd...  " I AM THE LAW ! "

I was originally going to paint the complete model in color, but after painting the helmet and seeing it against the rest of the model in flat black, I think I’ll paint the head and armor in shades of gray, to make it look like a black and white photo.

Here is what I have so far. I’ll be painting the head and the next few days and post the final results.
