Just to Say Thanks to Print It

The Guys at Print it, Especially Azerate, are great help. I found a Solidoodle 3 at a flea market, that looked like it was only a couple disconnected wires. I am no noob to printers, or 3d printers. I am a printer tech by trade, and have owned a I3, and some Cube 3 printers which I modded and played with. I got the soli3 back working, but it wasn't "right". I did a few recommended upgrades, and still wasn't working "right". Working with Azerate over the phone, trouble shooting and calibrating, he was very patient with my frustrations. Turns out it had board issues. I was able to work with PrintIt to get the board repaired and went ahead with the E3D upgrade. They were very very helpful, and walked me thru every step of the way. The turn around on the repair was very prompt, and everything came back well packed and working good. If you are having issues, these guys know their stuff and will help you get the printer back "right".
