Topic: Soliprint 1.3.0 Cannot find printer

I just installed new Soliprint 1.3.0 on my Windows 10 PC.  What do I have to do so that it can find the printer?

You may need to find USB drivers for your printers controller. Or see if soliprint made a folder with driver in it's directory during install. You also need to go to device manager and see if the printer is showing under ports. If you have no ports listed then chances are you do have a driver problem or a bad controller on the printer.
