Topic: Bed Heat Problem

Once again, haven't turned the machine on in a couple of weeks.  The bed heater was replaced not too long ago with one from Azerate.  Doesn't have too many hours on it.  Might not be the bed.... Hopefully the graph will show the problem.

The second power break was me, the first... I have no idea.
I did a quick check of the wires - seemed OK

Suggestions??

Thanx

Re: Bed Heat Problem

Trace your wires and double check the wires have not slipped from the terminals on the board.
The first batch of Hale beds had higher gauge wires which could result in contact slippage if using a plug, or screw terminals may loosen over a few heat cycles and need to be re-tightened.

Re: Bed Heat Problem

I'll check them again, that's what it has to be.  I just printed a ~45 minute print, and it came out OK, but when I came back into the room, the bed temp had been at ~ambient for some 45 min.  Oh, BTW I don't have a Hale bed yet..., I still have the silicone pad I got from you some months ago.  Do you have the Hale is a 150mm sq yet?
