DaVinci 1.0A

Trying to build a direct replacement hot end for my DaVinci 1.0A. The hot end shown is what I'm working on. I'm using a aluminum block, 40 watt cartridge, 100k thermistor. The thermocouple for the PID controller is looking at the nozzle temperature. The thermocouple meter is looking at the cartridge tenperature, and heatbreak temperature. I've attached two pictures in one the thermocouple meter is showing the cartridge temperature the other is a picture of the heatbreak temperature. At 215 degrees C the thermistor resistance is around 434 ohms. Did a plot of the thermistor from 175 - 300 degrees C.
