Topic: SD card read error
In en effort to narrow down possible causes of x/y axis shifting, I have stopped using my Octoprint server on Raspberry pi and have just been physically moving the SD card from the printer to the computer to copy Gcode (repetier 0.92, 1.0A divinci).
I was able to get 2 prints done without any shifting, and now I get SD card read errors. The SAMPLES also report an error, at repeatable spots in the print.
It is the 4gb micro SD ADATA brand that came with the printer.
I thought there was a possibility that I corrupted the SD card while pulling it in and out of the printer/laptop, but then I realized that the sample files have been giving me read errors for about a month now, and the SD card had never been removed until yesterday.
I am just assuming that the SD is a crappy card, and will try another one. Are there any specific files that need to be on the SD card itself for the printer to read GCODE off of it?
