I keep seeing little ridges in my first few layers, any idea what is going on here?

Looks like your bed could be too hot, what is it set for?

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
Anycubic 4MAX best $225 ever invested.
Voxelabs Proxima SLA. 6 inch 2k Mono LCD.
Anycubic Predator, massive Delta machine. 450 x 370 print envelope.

Re: Weird ridges in layers, any ideas?

Looks to me that its the layer not adhering to the bed combined with the head dragging in one direction which is caused by the print head not being the same plane as the platform (on the press, the platform usually slopes down at the front and can't be easily leveled).  My suggestion is to increase the bed temperature by 10 or 20 degrees (if the printer can so it), take the printer apart and elongate the screw holes so that you can correct the level as much as possible and make sure the build platform hasn't warped.
