Topic: SD4 Paste Extruder

Always wanted to make one of these. Lots of kids Bdays coming up so I want to print frosting. Took about a day of designing. 10hr of printing. It's designed to fit on top of the lawsy carriage mod.

I braided 3 strands of braided 30lb test. Twisted around a block that is screwed in on one side to hold line secure. Line goes up through the plunger guide (bracket with PTFE tube) and back down other to a pulley. Then up to the stepper.

started with blue abs 236c/110c. ran out and had to use the glow in the dark I had laying around. .25 layer height 75% infill

you do know braided fishing line makes an excellent hacksaw blade right?

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

I have seen powder type laser printers used for this like making unique hard sugar type decorations etc. even using full color food dye to make items already colored and ready for use. also your type design for chocolate candy's and such. nice work btw
