Is any one else getting an ad thing on the right side of the screen?

it is SERIOUSLY slowing the site down and is VERY annoying!

ok - finally got it cleaned up - sneaky bastages anyway... mad

how the heck does one end up with adware that has Chrome extensions when Chrome isnt even installed on the computer? seriously...
